Music For Fun!
With Bob McGrath (Bob on Sesame Street) and Marilyn Copeland Davidson
The CD included with the Teacher’s Edition features Bob's popular songs as well
as folk favorites, classical listening examples, sound effects for listening, a
spiritual and a big band example (“Satin Doll”), for a total of 24 tracks.
“Sing,” with signing gestures included, is the encore. While the lesson
SEQUENCES by Marilyn Davidson are based on seven songs recorded by Bob McGrath,
there’s a wealth of other listening examples. Students have their own book in
full color that includes punch-out puppets to use with music listening
activities. This curriculum for pre-K through 2nd grade works well for non-music
teachers as well as music teachers and meets the MENC standards for Early

The Baby Record
Research
shows that singing and playing rhythmic games with your baby develops:
Language, concentration, listening skills, emotional expressions, self
confidence and, discipline. In fact there is likely no other natural
activity that will benefit your baby’ physical, intellectual and emotional
growth more than the kind of activities and songs on this recording. From
the moment of birth, every child enjoys music and vocalizing back.
